Stollen is a classic German Christmas cake-like fruit bread. Orangeat (candied orange peel) and candied citrus peel (Zitronat), raisins, cranberries and almonds. Various spices such as cardamom and cinnamon are added for amazing flavor. It can be aged for couple weeks to achieve a greater aroma an richness of taste. So we decided to open early pre-order for couple weeks before Christmas. That will be a great gift option. We make a holiday wrap to give it even more Christmas spirit.
